Independent sponsors, where do you find your deals?

Hi All, like the title says, where do independent sponsors find $3M+ EBITDA deals? Brokers? investment banks? Proprietary? I’m just breaking into the space and would like to get more deal flow.

If you are wanting a hands-off approach there are service providers like ^redacted‌ that find you deals for a success fee
