India Outsourcing Business - Looking for Operator

I am in active discussions with a proprietary $3M+ EBITDA design services outsourcing business that has 80%+ recurring contracted revenue and has 50%+ EBITDA margins. The business is based in the US but almost all of the employees are based in various locations throughout India.

I have strategic partners that have extensive industry relationships and I am looking for an operator that knows the India outsourcing industry well and can take over the owners role eventually. This will likely be structured as an independent sponsor deal so there will be an opportunity to share in the upside.
