To give some context, I am 23 years old and looking to pursue ETA in the near future. However, having such little professional experience and no specific industry experience, it'd be great to work with someone more experienced than me and see what it's like first hand to run a small business. I studied finance in college and currently work as a financial analyst. Also I feel like I excel on the people/sales side of things. If any current operators or searchers are looking for extra help, I would love to talk and learn more about your opportunity and how I could help.

Hey, Alex! First, congrats on your entrepreneurial hustle! 23 and looking for an ETA!? That's impressive! I'd love to chat more with you about some things. Feel free to message me here or my email address is redacted

In short, I own a real estate brokerage with a special niche. We help seniors downsize. We handle the sorting/packing, moving, unpacking, auction/estate sale, trash haul, cleaning, etc. in addition to the real estate. Right now, we act as project managers, but I'm interested in bringing some of our services in-house (ie: sorters/packers, trash hauling).

I came to SearchFunder to find out more about ETA, seller financing, etc. I've owned my real estate team for 18 years now and opened my own brokerage 3 years ago. I'm just wrapping up my MBA at Kelley (go Hoosiers!), too.

Happy to chat more with you, explore opportunities, etc.

Hi Alex, I would suggest looking at searcher websites to see if they have internship programs. You can also look through institutional investor websites to see which of their searchers have acquired then go to their company websites as well. You can find a lot of operators who may have job openings by looking through the larger institutions websites. Good luck!
