I bought a company a few years back, scaled a bit, and have completely stepped out of day to day ops. Took a bit off the table and looking to kick off a super localized search in Indianapolis market. Really like niche industrial services, hvac, remediation, etc. open to explore as long as it checks the boxes.

Curious if anyone has advice they can share that is unique to sourcing with a really tight geographic search? If your in the Indy market specifically would love to connect?

Luke - no longer live in Indy area but am still in Indiana. Happy to connect at redacted Sourcing in a tight geography can work, especially if you are open to location and industry. The market is more competitive for smaller deals than it was 5 years ago when I purchased my first business.
