Does anyone have advice on industrial cleaning businesses' multiples in Aus?

Also, is there the equivalent of SBA in Aus?

No equivalent of the SBA in Australia.

Discussed a commercial cleaning business with a broker the other day $7.5M EBITDA at 3x is seller expectation. They said they had done a few deals in the space and said unlikely for a cleaning business to go much above 3x even at this high an EBITDA level.

Unfortunately there is no SBA in Australia. I'm interested in the comments to come re the cleaning businesses as I don't have any insights on those....
