^redacted‌ - I'm working with a Commercial Construction owner in VA who is looking to sell. The majority of his work comes from renovation / build-out contracts with restaurant franchises and gas stations, and then general maintenance calls from those same spaces. They do everything from internal renovations and buildouts to exterior work like asphalt services for the parking lots. They do about $1.5M pretty consistently and SDE is over $300k, still working on finalizing that number. Direct message me if there's any interest!
