What resources are you using to do a deep dive into a sub-industry? IBIS world is great for high level, but I'm trying to go a bit deeper. Example (this isn't my industry, just an example of what im talking about), IBIS world may have 'Health and wellness Spas in the US' as a high level, but what if I wanted to learn about specifically Spa resorts or Franchises only? Is it just a bunch of Google searches and conversations or is there an IBIS alternative that can highlight TAM, growth rates, SWOT, competition etc.

Note, i don't have any public companies that can be used as an example

Not sure if you've checked them out, but IBIS has some fairly specialized industry summaries (on my end I'm seeing them as being called "US Specialized Industry iExpert Summaries") - not sure if they have exactly what you're after, but mentioning it in case you've just been looking at the more generalized /high level industry reports.
