Hi Simon - Nice infographic. If I may make a suggestion, I would emphasize the supporting role of the investors (and its board). I feel that it's an important part of the model too.

In case anyone is curious, you can use this inforgraphic and I don't mind if you customize it. It's creative commons CC-BY, so as long as you keep somewhere in fine print that it's derived from the original that's fine. A few of my factoids were from Michael Gallant, which I attributed.
