2. A/R aging report
3. Effect of economy on revenues
4. Normalize COVID revenue boost
5. Inflation effect on costs
6. Inventory!!! (NWC...???)
Not in any order. All of these affect due diligence scope, LOI terms, and communicating deal points to counterparty and your team.

Although I have not owned a fence company specifically, I have owned and operated multiple small to large trade contracting companies and I can tell you they are all very similar, especially when it comes to dealing with people. Feel free to reach out if I can help..
