"Insurance policy" against deal fees

I spoke to a group in the past that offers insurance policies against deal fees. It protected the buyside in the instance the seller backed out or for whatever reason the deal didn't close. Curious if anyone offers such a service or can recommend.

Thanks ^redacted‌. If you find out that this exists, I'd be interested to hear about it. This is a new one for me. I can't see how it would possibly be underwritten, but I suppose there's a price for everything.
