Interest in Venture Capital & Minority Stake Investments via ABS (Europe)

Anyone out there interested in Early Stage Venture Capital & Minority Stake Investments in Europe?
Currently thinking of a consortium or "Investment Club" of a hand-full of strong investors, offering capital and know-how ("Smart Money" - not actively working on the Ventures, but actively supporting/advising)

Legal structure is already set up. We work with ABS certificates to pool and an SPV as the main Investor.

Focus lays on Deep Tech, Circularity and Climate Tech (Hardware as well as Software)

Currently we are conducting DD on 2 further startups in the field of AI and Energy procurement
