'Interest letter' from investors to use w/brokers & sellers

Does anyone have a template on 'interest letters' from investors to show brokers that are pushing back in regards to equity financing? Am a self-funded searcher putting together a PDF compilation with short 'interest letters' from several of my investors. Thank you!
