I spoke w/ the owner of a small (~$300k rev) compliance management company based out of Newport Beach, CA. Great margins and almost entirely recurring revenue. He is looking to train up a successor who he can sell the business to. Outside of my size range so I thought I'd post it here in case anyone is interested.
