Trying to understand the variations between these three aggregators. How is their off market deal flow & deal quality? Are they geo/ industry specific. Deal sizes available (I.e. one better for larger vs smaller deals?)

interexo has great reach, u/x is clunky. Need to export contact details of brokered deals to get the NDA/CIM. I would see at least###-###-#### new dels a week via interexo. Privsource is more curated, bigger deals, higher quality /more unique assets. u/x great and easy to connect / reach out to brokers on interested deals###-###-#### new deals per week.
x5 didn't really use -- most of their deal flow was from the top 5-7 brokers, which I didn't feel like i needed to pay for cuz i could go direct to their website.

Overall: I used a combination of interexo, axial, direct brokerage listing sites, and priv source to source $1-2m EBITA deals.

X5deals was the original aggregator founded in###-###-#### It is an excel based deal flow that provided versatility and privacy. Interexo is like X5deals but more dynamic and website based and also has other offerings like data on brokers and private equity firms. Privsouse is a copy of X5deals that cost more.
