Hi all!
What typical or possible tasks you can think of for an intern after the deal closure and search phase is over and the internship is to for another 4 months? Seems like employing in the company doesn't exact match the talent we need at the moment.

You could always help the intern find another position at a different search fund. Alternatively, if you have a need for this, you could have the intern source businesses in adjacent spaces that might be fodder for future acquisitions. At a minimum, it would be a way to create relationships with owners in the same industry/geography which could be helpful in and of itself. If they ever do need to sell, they'll think of you first.

You can have them help systematize processes of the company. While you run Q&A with the previous owners, they can record the conversation and be involved in the development of SOP's, automation, etc.
