This Internship is designed for highly self-directed candidates seeking intensive, hands-on exposure to private capital transactions and acquisition entrepreneurship. Successful Interns gain exposure to the full acquisition lifecycle - from buyer origination through deal execution - and may be considered for expanded responsibilities or ongoing advisory work post-Internship, an opportunity rarely available in traditional Internships. Start & End Date: Period 1: April 6, 2026, to June 30, 2026, Period 2: July 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026 | Hours: 15-20+ hours per week (over summer) | Deadline: March 31, ###-###-#### :00pm EST) (Note: Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and the entire process may complete prior to official application deadline) | Compensation: Unpaid | Benefits: All Interns will benefit from a professional training program + Any Intern that sources a deal which successfully closes will be eligible for a $5,000 CAD bonus*, subject to terms.
