Internship- Deal Sourcing +Outreach Intern

Fidelity Capital Group is a boutique real estate firm dedicated to bridging the gap between investors, homebuyers, and sellers. We specialize in identifying motivated sellers and helping them navigate difficult real estate or equity situations with empathy and expertise. We are currently looking for a team of summer interns to work remotely, reach out to motivated home owners by calling them individually via software and turning cold outreach into real acquisition conversations. You will manage a pipeline of leads, book qualified meetings and help identify which business are worth pursuing. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking on the phone, genuinely like to talk and help people, and are not afraid of rejections. This position is fully remote and part time###-###-#### hours per week depending on deal flow). Internship dates flexible but targeting May 18 - August 15. Compensation: Unpaid with profit sharing for lead generation and acquisition. Potential bonus compensation varies with purchase price with minimum $500+ per deal. Undergrads welcome to apply.
