Looking for a sharp, motivated English-speaking student who wants real, hands-on exposure to how acquisition deals are sourced and evaluated in the transportation and logistics space. This is a selective, unpaid internship focused on deal origination and target sourcing — not busywork. What you’ll be doing: – Learning and executing a proven deal origination playbook – Finding, researching, and initially screening acquisition targets across trucking companies, freight brokerages, and 3PLs nationwide This is a great fit if you’re interested in: – Search funds, private equity, or entrepreneurship through acquisition – Finance, operations, strategy, or logistics – Getting real M&A & deal exposure instead of hypothetical case studies – Direct investor mentorship and structured feedback – Skills that set you apart in finance careers Why this isn’t fluff: – You’ll be working directly on live acquisition efforts – You’ll see how targets are identified, vetted, and prioritized in the real world – Strong performance can lead to references and deeper involvement over time Requirements: – Currently enrolled in university (Finance, Economics, Business, or Entrepreneurship preferred) – Commit ~5 hours/week + attend 1 weekly virtual meeting – Own computer and reliable internet FAQ: – Remote? Yes – Duration? Ongoing – Experience required? No prior M&A experience needed Apply via form only: https://forms.gle/KHNPJcFmZWFr6tF19 No DM applications considered. Serious candidates only. Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted. We are unable to respond to individual inquiries about application status.
