Private Equity Analyst (Part-time) Overview: ● Title: Private Equity Analyst ● Commitment: Part-time###-###-#### + hours / week) ● Location: Remote ● Term: Minimum commitment of 4 months (Opportunity to extend) ● Start date: May 2025 ● Compensation: Unpaid Internship About North Edge Partners: North Edge Partners (“North Edge”) is a Toronto-based private investment firm, dedicated to acquiring, operating, and growing one exceptional business – while preserving the legacy and success built by its current owners. North Edge is seeking to acquire a majority interest in a stable, profitable business in the Greater Toronto Area with $0.5M–$1.5M in EBITDA. Opportunity: We are looking to recruit highly motivated private equity analysts to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience/training encompassing the responsibilities of launching and operating a search fund seeking to acquire a lower-middle market company. The opportunity offers relevant experience for individuals looking to pursue careers in private equity, investment banking, or entrepreneurship. Analysts will receive direct mentorship from the Managing Partners.
