Intro — buy-side modeling & deal structuring

Hi all — new here, wanted to introduce myself.
I run BVA Capital Advisory, where most of my work is buy-side: building LBO models, structuring debt, and pressure-testing offers for lower-middle-market deals. My path into this is a little different from the usual — I came up as a software engineer before moving into deal work, which means I build models fast and tend to fixate on the one assumption everyone else glosses over.
A recent example: I structured a two-tranche offer (senior debt + seller note) on an Amazon FBA aggregator where the entire deal hinged on whether a single supplier contract was transferable — the kind of risk that doesn't show up in the model until you go looking for it.
Mostly I'm here to learn from this group and contribute where I can. Happy to give a quick gut-check on a model or structure for free — and if you want the full build-out before an LOI, that's what I do. I'll probably post a few deal teardowns as I go.
