Intro - New to "search" but been doing it solo for 4 Years

Hey all,

I'm new to "search". But I've been doing it solo for 4 years (longer if you count real estate transactions).

My background is growing and scaling businesses via team building + marketing strategies.

Caught the bug when we decided to do "growth through acquisition" back in 2017.

Since then, bought and sold several companies - kind of scattered across different verticals.

Now I'm honing my focus on Manufacturing + CNC + Industrial.

Would love to connect with people in the overall search space, hear success stories, and understand what everyone else is working on.

My end goal is to build a fund that can invest in early/mid-stage startups that focus on helping planet Earth.

I'm in NJ + up and down the east coast.
