Hi everyone — I'm Ryan Hullihan, a self-funded searcher based in North Palm Beach, FL, actively looking to acquire and operate a small service-based business in Southeast Florida. Background: For the past 15+ years, I've worked my way up to Senior Project Management level for a large Commercial Construction firm. I manage over $200m in project budgets annually and have a staff of 25 salaried employees that report to me, so I am a very strong operator. I also run a real estate investment and property management business, so I’m no stranger to executing deals, managing teams, and building long-term operational value. I'm seeking to acquire a service-based business with: -$1M+ in revenue -$400K+ SDE (3-year average) -8+ years of operating history -Service based with recurring revenue -Located in Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, or Broward County Florida -An established team, repeat customer base, and either leased or owned facility (not home-based) -I’m looking to step in as an owner-operator I’m personally capitalized with $400K in liquidity, SBA prequalified, and have a team of legal and CPA advisors on standby.
