Hi All, I am glad to join the Searchfunder community. My name is Jack Gayner and I currently live in Charlottesville, VA. I have a deep interest in the owner/operator model and look forward to meeting many of you and sharing knowledge with you all. On the business side - I am particularly interested in basic business services (HVAC, plumbing, etc.) and pet-related businesses. On the personal front, I am always willing to talk Washington DC and UVA sports teams!
