What is Searchfunder.com?

Searchfunder.com is an online community of searchers, investors, lenders, brokers and other professionals. Over 80% of those involved in searchfunds maintain a Searchfunder account to help them network, hire, and mentor others.

What are the benefits of membership?

Searchfunder has pre-purchased access from these data providers in order to empower individual buyers and to help searchers level the playing field versus private equity.

Hi George, it's good to meet you. After three years spent working in this space with others, the time was right to launch my own firm. I, like many of the people on this platform, see myself as an entrepreneur. I want to grow a successful business. And there is a need for more lawyers in this space. Those who understand the pain points many searchers face (e.g., dead deal fees). My focus is unashamedly main street. While some law firms stoop to small market M&A but really want to focus on larger deals, where they can charge higher fees, most of my clients are looking to close deals between 2MM-7MM in EV.
