Hey everyone! We’re excited to finally launch ETA IQ, a financial modeling platform + CRM designed specifically for Searchers. You can sign up for free here: https://etaiq.com/ We built it from the ground up, inspired by the headaches we ran into during our own Search Fund process. If you don’t want to read and prefer a quick video, we get it... here’s our 2-min intro video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JCUhIvTImYQ [1] CRM Built for Searchers: Start tracking deals and contacts immediately with an out-of-the-box CRM. No setup, no configurations. Easily organize key deal info and metrics to stay on top of your progress. [2] Interactive Financial Model: Need to see if a deal pencils out, or a full cash flow model? The platform is simple for quick checks but powerful enough to handle complex structures, detailed projections, and investor terms/distributions. It will provide you with a comprehensive, error-free model for your own analysis and to share with lenders or equity investors. [3] In-Product Education: Not sure about an accounting concept or SBA guideline? Every term and calculation is clickable. Our built-in definitions, explanations, and videos are designed to make everything easy to understand, even if you’re just starting out. Why did we build ETA IQ? We ran into a lot of the same challenges most Searchers face—overcomplicated CRMs, messy spreadsheets, and hours spent trying to figure out equity terms, SBA guidelines, and accounting concepts. It was a grind. So we decided to build a tool we wish we had, that makes the Search process easier, faster, and less stressful. We’ve spent over a year developing ETA IQ, and we’re excited to finally share it with the SearchFunder community. Let us know what you think. We can’t wait to hear your feedback! especially because earlier on in ur searhc you want to keep track of companies that dont fit the search fund criteria today but could reach the right EBITDA level in a year or so
