Introducing HFC Engineering – Unlocking Engineering Talent from Egypt for Global Growth

Dear Searchfunder Community, I’m pleased to introduce HFC Engineering, a new venture I’m developing under the umbrella of HFC GmbH (Switzerland). Our mission is to build a scalable bridge between Egypt’s exceptional engineering talent and international firms in need of cost-efficient, high-quality technical expertise. Egypt produces tens of thousands of capable engineers every year — mechanical, electrical, and aerospace — many of whom are underemployed despite strong technical backgrounds and solid English proficiency. HFC Engineering identifies, vets, and integrates these professionals into global projects, either remotely or on-site, under Swiss management and quality oversight. To further strengthen the value proposition, we are developing an AI onboarding and upskilling program that equips engineers with practical skills in automation, simulation, and design optimization. The goal is to turn Egypt’s engineering base into a strategic advantage for international firms seeking scalability without compromising quality. We’re currently expanding our network and open to discussions with investors, acquirers, and partners interested in nearshoring, engineering services, or talent-based platforms.
