Introduction + Looking to Learn and Invest Alongside Operators

Hi everyone, I wanted to introduce myself and be intentional about why I’m here. I’m a retired U.S. Navy Senior Chief, promoted in 10 years, and currently an enterprise account executive at Siemens in the electrical and infrastructure services space. I’m also completing my MBA at Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management and will be graduating soon. My primary goal in this group is to learn by shadowing experienced operators and searchers who are actively involved in acquisitions, diligence, and post close execution. I’m especially interested in understanding how strong operators evaluate risk, structure deals, and create value in operating businesses. In parallel, through Marshall Investment Holdings, I deploy my own capital and am open to minority equity investments in established, cash flowing service businesses. I’m not looking to be involved day to day at this stage, but I am interested in building toward a full time operating role over time with the right opportunity and alignment.
