Invessigating a post-acquisition ecosystem for minority CEOs
There’s a growing number of minority searchers who have successfully acquired businesses and are now operating as CEOs. What I’m not seeing is a structured environment where: - those operators stay connected post-acquisition - they have consistent access to aligned capital for follow-on deals - investors can reliably find and back them I’m working on building a curated room that brings together: - proven operators (post-acquisition CEOs) - aligned investors - repeatable deal flow The goal is a space where relationships actually translate into opportunities and transactions.
