Investing in Canada

Hi all - we're a new, small family fund in Victoria, BC, and keen to hear from Canadian searchers or investors with a search thesis or active deals that have strong current/potential social, community or environmental impact. We're open to how that may be expressed and curious to see how others interpret that screen.

Open to investing in traditional and self funded searches, or direct acquisitions ourselves or with partners. A soft preference for BC and a soft spot for real estate (neither required), and will entertain more complicated/smaller deals alongside the more typical financial/sector screens.
