I am personally seeking to directly invest equity to enable self-funded searchers to acquire businesses. I am an investor in 17 self-funded deals across industry and geography (U.S.) over the past 3 years:
- All industries
- All geographies in U.S. nationwide
- $750k minimum annual cash flow
- Zero hold period preferences - full control to Searcher
- Passive investor; can also actively support if requested by Searcher-CEO.

Equity check per deal: $25k - $250k
