About the Role: We are seeking a highly capable and detail-obsessed Investment Analyst to join one of our teams. The Analyst will play a central role in sourcing, underwriting, and executing investments across buyout, growth equity, and de novo company formation strategies. This role demands 100% accuracy in financial modeling, independent thinking, and the ability to perform in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments. No candidates currently in college. Key Responsibilities: Underwrite and evaluate investment opportunities across buyout, growth, and newco builds Develop and maintain complex, error-free financial models to support valuation, structuring, and return analysis Assess and structure capital stacks, including debt, equity, and hybrid instruments Conduct deep company and industry diligence, market mapping, and competitor benchmarking Support deal execution, including diligence, legal documentation, and closing workstreams Track and analyze portfolio company performance and strategic initiatives Prepare internal investment materials and presentations for capital partners Required Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or similarly rigorous analytical environments Direct exposure to acquisitive business models (e.g., serial acquirers, buy-and-build platforms) Proven ability to underwrite across buyout, growth equity, and de novo investment contexts Deep understanding of capital structures, deal structuring, and risk-adjusted returns CFA or CPA designation (or in progress); strong fluency in accounting, corporate finance, and valuation Exceptional financial modeling skills with absolute attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Independent thinker with ability to operate with minimal oversight All locations will be considered.
