Parceros Capital is hiring a small team of interns this spring! We’re a family-run search fund based in New York, focused on buying and growing great service businesses with strong community ties. For us, this isn’t just about deals. It’s about legacy, stewardship, and building companies that last. Our family’s story is rooted in grit and hustle, and we bring that same energy into every step of the acquisition process. We’re bringing on a cohort of interns to join us part-time or full-time and get hands-on exposure to how acquisitions actually happen. You’ll work directly with our team to help with: Deal sourcing & outreach – building broker lists and researching tools for outreach Financial screening – using our proprietary calculators and tools to evaluate businesses at a first pass Industry research – mapping markets and identifying industry trends Communications – supporting newsletters and content writing Live deal exposure – shadowing diligence and learning the acquisition process in real time What makes this role different: You’ll be part of a small cohort, not alone. Each intern leans into their strengths (finance, outreach, research, writing) while also exploring new areas. You’ll see the entrepreneurial side of acquisitions, not just theory and get direct mentorship throughout. Flexible format that adapts to you: we’ll shape responsibilities around your skills and curiosities. 📍 Flexible / remote, based out of NYC ⏰ 10–20 hours per week If you’re curious about entrepreneurship through acquisition or small business ownership, this is a unique chance to learn, contribute, and grow alongside us. 👉 To apply, send your resume + a short note on: 1. Why Parceros Capital interests you 2. Which areas you’d like to focus on (sourcing, diligence, research, comms) 3. One thing from your background that shows your hustle and grit
