Investment Firms Interested in Smoking Products Fulfilment Company

Hi All,

I am working with a company that serves as a 3pl for other companies and ships their own branded lines of smoking products (think glass, papers, and other equipment). They are looking to buy other brands or 3pls in the space and are looking to recapitalize the company and potentially bring on some/an investor(s). I don't believe they will be eligible from your typical funding sources given what they ship. They are also well within the middle market space not smb.

Does anyone have specific family offices or funds that have experience in the space and could be additive investors? They are not looking to hand over controlling interest but add some cash to the balance sheet and bring on some additional experience in this space.
