What you can expect
Our internship program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in entrepreneurship, private equity, and M&A — all within the context of a real acquisition process through the lens of a search fund
Interns work closely with the founding partners on sourcing, industry analysis, and company evaluation. From day one, you will take on meaningful responsibilities — ranging from uncovering potential leads to supporting seller and investor interactions. This internship is a great stepping stone toward careers in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or entrepreneurship
What we seek
We’re looking for curious, driven individuals who learn quickly and thrive in a hands-on environment. Ideal candidates are undergraduate students in their 3rd semester or beyond, with strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and in fast-paced teams. We value humility, resilience, and a joyful approach to work — paired with a pursuit of excellence
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and English is expected. No prior work experience is required
Internship details
Starting September 1st, this 6-month internship (with possible extension) offers a flexible hybrid format (in-person and virtual) at ~20 hours per week
