Hello, I am currently searching for deal funding/capital partner for an acquisition of 4 legacy roofing companies in the Palm Beach, FL area. Investor would receive majority equity (at least 80%) in the acquired companies. This deal would include the acquisition of all entities, as they are currently under the same ownership and produce the most value when kept together.
