I’m currently creating a pitch deck and business plan to support my self-funded buy-and-build strategy. This is primarily aimed at potential debt funding partners and individual investors into the holding company.

While I have created several pitch decks and strategy documents for companies and startups, I would greatly appreciate your thoughts, insights, examples, or experiences in creating a deck to highlight the investment thesis alongside the process and nuances of a buy-and-build strategy.
