Investor appetite for Mexican companies

Hello everyone,

With Mexico becoming a hotspot for nearshoring as many international companies are starting or expanding operations in the north of the country, what would you say the most attractive industries are for investors to look at? Also, according to investor appetite, what are the average key metrics and ratios that make a company attractive for purchase?

According to several reports the following are the biggest ones:
- Automotive (only this year 7 or 8 Chinese car brands entered the country)
- Aerospace
- Medical device manufacturing
- Electronics manufacturing
- Appliance and furniture manufacturing
- Agro
- Food & Beverages
- Oil & Gas
- Apparel & Consumer products
