Investor Connecting with Self-Funded Searchers

Hello all, I wanted to re-introduce myself in case I can be helpful to any of you as you progress in your searches. By way of background: After 25+ years in principal investing and investment banking in both the U.S. and Middle East, I shifted my focus a few years ago to ETA and self-funded search investments. I’ve invested in four self-funded search and independent sponsor deals over the past 18 months, with a fifth hopefully closing soon, and I’m actively looking for additional opportunities. I enjoy connecting with searchers at any stage — whether you’re just getting started, evaluating targets pre-LOI, under LOI, or in the fundraising process.
