Investor Follow-Ups: Wait or Nudge?

Investors said they'd respond in a week but haven't. Should I follow up or wait?

I have 4-5 in this situation. In banking, I waited at least two weeks before following up, but does the same apply to search funds?

Thoughts, experiences?

Nudge but ask them- please just let me know where you are at and what's holding you back (if anything) its super helpful for me to know what you like and dislike about the deal.

I think nudging is always the move. Rather be the person a bit annoying but top of mind then a person forgotten
