Main Street Capital Network is a group of over 100 investors that provide equity capital to searchers and independent sponsors acquiring $750K+ EBITDA businesses in the US and Canada.

We make it easy for searchers and sponsors to pitch dozens of investors in one place. To date, we have reviewed acquisitions from self-funded searchers, traditional searchers, and independent sponsors ranging from $800K to $7M in EBITDA.
