Main Street Capital Network is a group of 80+ SMB investors (both individuals and funds) that have combined capital availability of over $30 million per a transaction.
To date, we have worked with self-funded searchers, traditional searchers, and independent sponsors on deals ranging from $850k EBITDA to $7M of EBITDA.
We like to meet acquisition entrepreneurs at all stages of the search/deal process. Please reach out here, whether you are:

What we’re looking for:
- US or Canada based businesses
- $750k+ EBITDA
- Consistent growth and profitability
- Long operating history
- We are open to virtually every industry (see exceptions below)
What we generally avoid (though there are exceptions):
- Highly cyclical businesses
- High customer concentration
- Agencies (marketing, SEO, web development, etc.)
What we DON'T invest in:
- Ecommerce
- Provide growth capital (we finance acquisitions)
- Turnarounds
