I am looking to put together a package demonstrating proof of funds to acquire a business currently doing above $750k+ SDE with at least double digit annual growth potential. As an investor, what do you want to see from the searcher before you're willing to provide an investor letter and is it common for the investor to provide proof of funds to support that letter? Separately, do you know any lenders who would be willing to provide a pre-approval sort of letter to support the debt part?

Hi Tyrone, I got a letter of support from Live Oak Bank last year and it was a quick and straight forward process. I think they asked for credit score, resume, and maybe a personal financial statement. Also, if you are looking for local lenders in the Chicago area, I recommend Paul from US Bank redacted He has been great to work with so far and the one I have more experience working with. Other Chicago lenders I have interacted with and also seem great: * Huy Tran redacted * Ejaz Syed redacted * Sarab Singh redacted
