Investor Recommendations

Does anyone have any investor recommendations in the specialty service/ construction space? I'm self-funded and looking for investment partner(s) for a specific opportunity. The opportunity is along the east coast, but really have no preference where the investors reside, so long as they can provide value in this space.

I'm not looking for anyone/ firm to provide search capital.

I recommend going through your personal contacts first then branching out from there. I, too, am a self-funded search and have contacted family offices before but unless you have a deal in LOI, they won't be as engaged.
