I'm a New York–based finance professional looking to acquire and grow a durable, lower-middle-market B2B service business within about 90 minutes of NYC. I'm actively running my search now and looking to connect with an operator who wants to run the business day-to-day post-close, while I stay involved as the capital partner and at the high-level/board decision-making level.

Structure: competitive salary plus an equity stake, details negotiable based on experience, capital contributed, and role
