Investors Wanted

I'm a searcher looking for a small manufacturing company ($1-5MM) to buy in the next 6 months. My business partner and I just sold the CPG manufacturing business that we grew from $50K to $1.5MM in sales. I have a family office that has agreed to back me on the deal but I am looking at an alternative financing route by using a SBA loan and angel investors to allow me to retain more of the equity in the business. I don't have a signed LOI but I am searching full time and have already found a business that meets my specifications.

I would love to hear from any investors that would be interested in learning more and potentially working together. I will be looking to raise between $150K-$250K likely through Convertible Participating Preferred Stock.
