IrisGo: A Desktop Assistant That Learns Routine Tasks After Watching Them Once
IrisGo is a desktop app that takes over routine admin work. It reads the user’s calendar and email, pulls out what needs doing, and can repeat a multi-step task after seeing it done once. It is currently in a free public beta. What The Tool Does - Morning brief: Every weekday morning, it sums up the day’s meetings and unread email in one short note. - Inbox sorting: It pulls bills, client requests and deadlines out of the inbox and turns each one into a to-do. - To-do list: Tasks are grouped into today, upcoming and no date. - Record and replay: The user does a task once, such as filing an expense report from a receipt. IrisGo records the steps, repeats them for the next receipt, and the user checks the result before it is final. - Cost and platforms: It is free during the beta and runs on Windowsredactedbit) and Apple Silicon Macs. Why It Matters Most professionals lose hours each week to small repeated tasks like sorting email and logging receipts. The tool handles that work and more without the user writing rules or code.
