Is Acquire.com worth it?

Has anyone found the $780/year for access to acquire.com to be worth it?

Do they have unique deal flow? Why would a broker/seller list there rather than some of the other "free" marketplaces?

I wish they had a monthly plan, or some other options.

Anyone want to lease me their login for a month? lol

Haven't had any experience with the same ^redacted‌ so can't really say.

However, after you figure out the platforms to look deals on, I can help you with going through them regularly and provide you with only the relevant deals so that you can save up your time and use that time for something even more useful.

I provide Virtual Assistant services and have worked with several searchers already, helping them with tasks such as email list building, going through the on-market deals, preparing industry report, etc.

Send me an email at redacted if you need any help.

I am on Acquire.com's email list and do see some interesting deals, but you have to be a subscriber to see the details. As a result, I've used https://empireflippers.com much more and like their model. Check out this post and the comments for more details on Empire Flippers: https://www.searchfunder.com/post/has-anyone-worked-with-empire-flippers
