I work directly with the President of a company that is ramping up their accretive M&A strategy in the fragmented nutraceutical (pills, liquids, powders) industry. Early last year, they completed the acquisition of a 22,000 FDA approved manufacturing facility and are looking for additional targets as they fill up their M&A pipeline. Their team has significant nutraceutical, consumer marketing and capital markets expertise.

I have a keen interest in receiving the business summary/teaser on any USA-based nutraceutical companies, especially those on an e-commerce platform, with strong financials and a minimum of $2 million trailing EBITDA.

A qualified "yes", but my fund has a partnership with Amazon Web Services, so it has to be a business that either operates on AWS or can be transferred to AWS. Which is basically all "online" businesses - or, in my opinion, at least the sustainable / transferable / scalable ones. What's interesting is that business incorporated in the US have a higher multiple than non-US businesses. Happy to connect on why that might be.
