Quick question: Is the heavy construction equipment rental space a good fit for searchers? And do roll-ups make sense in this space given how asset-intensive and fragmented it is? Just curious as I research the industry.

As mentioned high capital intensity and also it's going to be very cycle dependent. Like a lot of construction I'd guess there's a lot of money to be made and at the same time it's easy to get caught in a market cycle.

If the assets are old, There’s a lot of capital that you'll need to spend, which could make it difficult for the company to cash flow early on. That being said, the EBITDA multiple usually reflects that risk.
