We have successfully proven out a concept in the automotive industry with our first acquisition. Now, we're looking to see if there's a bank or debt group that's willing to provide a line of credit so that we could efficiently and quickly purchase these bite-size deals ($500k to $1M EV on average) without having to go through the SBA process. Does anyone have ideas or connections?

Good afternoon Josh, $3-5M might be a bit bigger than we can do as an unsecured line of credit but if the business can support it we can provide $3-5 million in working capital without diluting your ownership interests.

Realistically, we'd probably be capped around $1 million or so if we're only looking at a line of credit but we'd also have to evaluate how much we can appove you for. If this is of interest, feel free to DM me or reach out at redacted

Josh, i'm not sure that this will e a fit for Live Oak Bank, but we have an AUTO vertical that's active in repair shop acquisitions. It might be worth a chat with us. DM me at redacted and i'll get you connected with our Auto GM.
